Sometimes plans change, and here at Abdo we aim to give our clients the service they deserve, please check at our cancelation policy as follows:
- Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time without any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, only covering restocking and handling costs.
- Cancellations upon delivery will not be possible.
- Once the frozen food items have been delivered or picked up, Refunds & Product exchanges are only accepted in the event of damage or spoilage upon receipt, please check out more details [here].
