Sometimes plans change, and here at Abdo we aim to give our clients the service they deserve, please check at our cancelation policy as follows:

  1. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time without any charges.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, only covering restocking and handling costs.
  3. Cancellations upon delivery will not be possible.
  4. Once the frozen food items have been delivered or picked up, Refunds & Product exchanges are only accepted in the event of damage or spoilage upon receipt, please check out more details [here].
